In this learning, you’ll start to build your confidence in your role as a social worker. You’ll learn about where social workers fit into the family court system including the law that applies in these proceedings including S31 Care Act Orders; Emergency Protection Orders. You will also learn about who else is in the court, their backgrounds, their professional experience and why social workers are a key professional component of any family court hearing.
