BARRISTER & SAFEGUARDING SPECIALIST
ANTONIA NOBLEI make safeguarding simpler so that everyone can keep children safer.
WELCOME TO MY TRAINING COURSES!
I’m Antonia and I’m a barrister and safeguarding specialist.
My working day is currently centred around two themes:
· Making safeguarding simpler so that everyone can keep children safer.
· Co-ordinating safe & supportive communities for those in safeguarding leadership roles to maximise their impact in keeping children safe and caring for their well-being.
I’m also an expert advisor for a number of businesses. The courses I write are approved by Skills for Care, Skills for Health Quality Mark Digital. The courses I write cover general safeguarding at all levels and specialist courses such as Prevent, Domestic abuse, sexual harassment and violence and Safeguarding in Sport (approved by NSPCC and EFL).
I have had roles at the Criminal Cases Review Commission and at a large local authority – where I chaired and sat on various boards involving safeguarding children board and other multi-agency panels.
I have also been a governor in various education settings including Learning Centres and Higher Education providers
This is the home for all my courses and learning modules across a range of safeguarding and child protection subjects. I update this all the time.

For the last 10 years I have also been empowering and building confidence in social workers by teaching various subjects, including general court skills, preparing for and appearing in court, decision-making, drafting, how to analyse and document significant harm including risk analysis.
Until 2022 these were delivered exclusively in person. I decided to create an online version so that people could make their own choice based on their own learning style.
- You can choose to buy one or more modules or the whole course – depending on your own learning needs.
- You can also book a reflective zoom session where we discuss learning and answer any questions you may have. I often run together with Louise Jones.
The Court Skills for Social Workers course has been developed with senior social workers, managers and Louise Jones
Louise is one of the leading ‘names’ in family law in the region. She deals with all aspects of children matters, matrimonial breakdown, pre-nuptial and pre-cohabitation agreements. Developing her mediation practice over the next few years is a key focus for Louise and the firm.
Away from work, Louise spends any spare time she has with her ten-year old daughter… or hill-walking! Both sound equally demanding physically! She has also been a director of Wolverhampton Citizens Advice Bureau for over ten years.
